This disclosure notice has been prepared by XLOG Networks Siber Güvenlik in its capacity as data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

1. Identity of the Data Controller

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data may be processed by XLOG Networks Siber Güvenlik (the “Company”) as data controller, within the scope explained below.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and its secondary legislation, within the framework of the purposes and legal grounds set out below.

If you complete the “Contact Form” at https://arjeta.com.tr/, personal data such as your “Name and Surname, E-mail, Subject, Message” is processed by XLOG Networks Siber Güvenlik on the legal ground of legitimate interest set out in Article 5/2-f of Law No. 6698, for the purposes of contacting you in connection with the contact request you have created and of evaluating and resolving requests, complaints and suggestions.

3. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Our Company collects your personal data through the website / contact form you have visited. In addition, your personal data is also collected where you contact our Company by other means and disclose it. Your personal data will be processed on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5/2-ç and 5/2-f of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, in line with the purposes and legal grounds stated above; it will be processed for the periods prescribed by law and retained for a limited time.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

In line with the purposes and legal grounds above, our Company may share your processed personal data with third-party business partners with whom it carries out its activities and/or with whom sharing is necessary in order to perform the work, or with legally authorised public and private institutions where requested, pursuant to Article 5/2-ç of Law No. 6698.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Natural persons whose personal data is processed within our Company have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:

The data subject may submit requests concerning these rights in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. To exercise the rights stated above, you may deliver your written request in person together with the information necessary to establish your identity, or send it through a notary public or by the other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Requests of the data subject will be evaluated and concluded free of charge as soon as possible and in any event within thirty (30) days at the latest. If the evaluation and decision process incurs an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board will apply.
